201 KAR 9:470 is the Board's regulation regarding the standardized medical order for scope of treatment (“MOST form"). In accordance with the adoption of SB 173 (2022), the regulation will be amended in the coming months. In the interim, the Board will suspend enforcement of provisions of the existing regulation to the extent that it conflicts with SB 173 (2022) amendments of KRS 311.6225. Thus, effective July 1, 2022:
- Printed or electronic versions of the MOST form are equally valid and enforceable
- If printed, the MOST form shall be printed on a single double-sided eight and a half (8.5) x eleven (11) inch piece of paper of any color
